In September 2023, I founded Shaan Mentoring, a non-profit initiative and sister organisation within The Shaan Academy. Shaan Mentoring is dedicated to empowering Sikh women and girls to pursue successful careers in law.

Through this programme, I offer free mentorship, tailored guidance, and valuable resources to help young Sikh women navigate the challenges of the legal profession with confidence and ambition.
