Children’s Rights

At The Shaan Academy, my students come first. I am committed to protecting and promoting children’s rights, ensuring they have the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive and respectful environment.

My approach is guided by the 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the most widely ratified human rights treaty in history, and the Children’s Rights and Business Principles. These principles help businesses protect children’s rights and define the responsibility of companies to safeguard children’s wellbeing and happiness.

By integrating these principles into my business practices, I ensure my students are not only supported and respected but also empowered to succeed—academically and holistically.
