MIND UK
Mental health is an issue I care deeply about, and I’m passionate about raising awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding it. Having volunteered with the charity MIND in the past, I can vouch for how dedicated their team is to ensuring no one gets left behind. Through support groups, counselling, school outreach and training, the team at MIND work tirelessly to break the stigma around mental health and support young people in need.

Scoliosis Support and Research
As someone with Scoliosis, this cause is very close to my heart. The pain from my Scoliosis impacts me daily and has held me back in many ways. Unfortunately, very little is known about the condition and there is no cure or known cause. Despite this, so many people suffer around the world from the effects of Scoliosis Raising awareness and supporting Scoliosis research is crucial to improving the lives of those affected. Organisations like Scoliosis Support and Research play a critical role in advancing this mission.

WONDER Foundation
I am passionate about empowering young women and girls, inspired by my grandmothers who faced barriers to their education in rural Punjab, India, simply because of their gender. I have volunteered with the Wonder Foundation in the past and have seen firsthand how incredible and dedicated they are to their mission. They provide educational training, resources, and scholarships to help girls access education - a basic human right. With more funding, they can support even more girls in overcoming barriers to education and achieving their dreams.
